Managers and Supervisors, through exposure to an enlightened, big picture view of business, its interrelationships,
and what drives success. Each session is conducted by faculty and speakers that include industry executives and
subject matter experts.
SESSION 3 - FOCUS: THE CUSTOMER CONNECTION
Your customers are very important, and experience has taught you how to build
strong relationships, and ultimately, how to make them happy. This session dives
deeper into the mechanics of customer connections, bringing seasoned industry
experts and emerging leaders together to learn how to establish authentic connections
and better leverage existing relationships.
