Business Acumen for Emerging Leaders is an intensive training program intended to grow and develop High Potential
Managers and Supervisors, through exposure to an enlightened, big picture view of business, its interrelationships,
and what drives success. Each session is conducted by faculty and speakers that include industry executives and
subject matter experts.
SESSION 4 - FOCUS: STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION
Every day you communicate with colleagues throughout your organization electronically,
by phone and in person. As an emerging industry leader, do you use these
day-to-day activities as opportunities to communicate strategically? Students will take
away the ability to identify, integrate and execute strategic communication skills
instrumental to a budding career.
